This price list cancels all previous editions as from 1 July 2019 and is subject to alteration without any notice.
The placing of an order confirms acceptance of the conditions of sale.
Prices given exclude VAT and handling/delivery fee. Please inquire about handling/delivery fee.
Availability Of Plants
Orders are accepted subject to the availability of stock at the time of execution of the order.
Payment Terms
All orders/deliveries are strictly cash or immediate EFT. Arrangements for credit must be made beforehand and satisfactory credit references must be provided. A credit check will be done. Payment terms are strictly 30 days for approved accounts.
2.5% interest per month will be charged on ALL accounts over 30 days.
Deliveries
All local deliveries will be subject to a handling fee.
Minimum order R1000.00 (VAT exclusive)
This handling fee is subject to changes without prior notification due to petrol/diesel fluctuations.
All packaging used (boxes etc) will be charged to the customer.
Please note
No claims for shortages shall be accepted and plants are considered non-returnable, once received and signed for by customer. Writing 'not checked' on invoices will not be accepted.
All crates remain the property of Tuberflora and must be returned immediately.
When paying by cash to a driver, it must be reflected on the copy tax invoice and signed by our driver, otherwise it will be considered a non-payment.
Complaints
All complaints should be made on receipt of plants, stated on the invoice and sent back immediately.
No plants will be taken back after acceptance thereof.
